The Serendipity House is located approximately .8 miles west of downtown Paso Robles snuggled in the wooded hillside of Paso Robles. Serendipity begins when you enter the decorative iron gate and are greeted by 35 foot tall Burch trees, lush landscaping lined with large tufts of lavender and a two tier water fountain! Most guests of the Serendipity House comment on the cleanliness of the home, the comfortable beds, unique art, hand crafted furnishings, stained wood interior and most of all the relaxing view of the rolling hillside from the 600 sq. ft. deck. The Serendipity House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath home where the master retreat has a extra wide sliding glass door with a full view of the hillside from the back deck. Secondary bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds, dresser, night stands and ceiling fans. The family room has an extra wide sliding glass door, vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams, leather furniture with an extended living room that has a suede sofa and ottoman. For those that are cooking, enjoy commercial style stainless steel gas oven/cook top and convection microwave. For your outdoor cooking try the gas grill or the wood smoker/grill located on the east patio. Remember, the Serendipity House is hillside on approximately a 1/3 acre lot and is hillside. A walk to town is approximately 8 - 10 minutes and is a downhill stroll. We'd suggest perhaps a morning stroll to town for exercise and enjoy the 2 minute drive to town in the evening!
