It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. The loft is a short walk to the down town of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a one bedroom/one bath, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security.
